Start with the current program terms. This directory does not mean every medicine has an active copay card or that you qualify for an offer. Links may lead to a brand or manufacturer homepage rather than an enrollment form. Availability, eligible formulations, savings limits and program rules can change.
Which prescription savings option should you check?
Private insurance
Check whether the manufacturer offers a commercial copay savings card. These programs generally require eligible private prescription coverage. Coverage requirements and maximum savings can limit the benefit.
Uninsured or paying cash
Ask about a patient assistance program or a manufacturer cash-pay option. Patient assistance may provide medicine at no cost to people who meet the program’s income, insurance and other requirements.
Medicare or Medicaid
Commercial copay cards generally exclude government coverage. Separate patient assistance rules may apply. People with Medicare can also check Extra Help and other Medicare drug-cost resources.
How to check a savings program
- Find the exact medicine, strength, formulation and prescribed quantity on your prescription.
- Ask your pharmacy or plan whether it is covered and whether prior authorization or another coverage step is required.
- Open the official starting point below and look for savings, affordability, financial assistance or patient support.
- Read the eligibility rules, maximum savings, expiration date and participating-pharmacy instructions before enrolling.
- Ask your pharmacist to compare your actual insured cost with any eligible cash-pay option. Do not assume a discount can be combined with insurance or counts toward your deductible.
If you need help completing an application, ask your prescriber’s office or pharmacist. Do not stop or change a prescribed medicine because of a savings offer.

Frequently asked questions
Is a manufacturer copay card the same as health insurance?
No. It is a savings offer with its own terms and limits. It does not replace prescription drug coverage or health insurance.
Does “as little as” mean that will be my price?
No. Advertised starting prices apply only under specified conditions. Your coverage, prescription, quantity and the program’s savings cap can change the amount you pay. Confirm the final price with your pharmacy.
Can I use a commercial savings card with Medicare or Medicaid?
These offers generally exclude government-insured patients. Do not assume you can use one by paying cash. Review the specific terms and ask about separate patient assistance programs or government benefits that may fit your situation.
What if my medicine does not have an active offer?
Ask your prescriber or pharmacist about patient assistance, your plan’s coverage rules, and whether a generic, biosimilar or another appropriate lower-cost option is available. Only your healthcare team can advise you about changing treatment.
Why are there no guaranteed prices in this guide?
Manufacturer offers change and may have monthly or annual limits. This guide directs you to official resources so you can check current terms for your prescription and coverage.
